When Alexa contacted me about photographing her wedding in Michigan, I was so excited! I love shooting weddings in Indiana but it is always fun to have a change of scenery. And this venue definitely was something I had never seen before! Alexa and Matt’s gorgeous wedding took place at Windmill Island Garden in Holland, Michigan. This place is so cute! And yes… there are windmills! The day was sunny and so HOT! But Alexa, Matt, their bridal party and family all conquered the heat with smiles on their faces (and sweat on their brows)!
