If you know me – you know that I love volleyball. And more than playing volleyball – I love to coach volleyball. As a coach, I often yell at girls to get their approach. (For those who don’t know what I’m talking about – an approach helps them get up in the air for a spike). Anyways, I’d yell, “left, right, left, jump, swing!!!!” But why am I talking about this in a photo blog? Well, Jordin played volleyball at Greenwood Christian Academy and Jordin has an AMAZING approach. I love it! And I often used her approach as an example to the younger girls still learning how to spike. So, I am sad that she has graduated out of our volleyball program not only for the fact that I won’t have her as an example anymore but also for the fact that she has a heart of gold. She loves people. I mean she really loves and cares for them! It oozes out of her. She is compassionate and friendly to everyone. And I think that also shows in her career choice. She wants to be a Biblical counselor for women someday (which if you know me, is also a passion of mine ever since I worked at Rod & Staff Ministries – a counseling ministry here in Greenwood.) So…… Jordin graduating is sad but also exciting because she is going to do amazing things with her life. Oh, and did I mention she is BEAUTIFUL? Yep…. she is. I love the first picture because it is a reminder to me of what a trooper she is. It was raining on us. And we were right next to cows. So, if you could only smell what we were smelling…. wet cow poop. lovely.
See. You blogged just to make my day brighter! Thanks! 🙂 Love them!
As always beautiful pictures. You have such a sweet way of lifting others up, Cat!
