It’s going to be how cold?!?!?!

I adore this bride and her family.  They are some of the sweetest people that I have ever met and if I could hang out with them all the time, I would.  🙂  So when Cassie asked me to photograph her wedding, I was ecstatic!  Then I had a chance to meet with Cassie and her fiance, Jason, and realized Jason is just as amazing as Cassie!  Soooo wonderful!

The wedding was set for the first Saturday in October and I remember thinking,  “Perfect!  It won’t be too hot or too cold – it will be just right.”  (And yes, I have been reading Goldilocks and the 3 Bears a lot these days – if you can’t tell.)  But Oh – My – Word!!!!!  It was sooooooo cold.  Oh, it was frigid.  But this bride and groom and their bridal party were troopers and still went outside to do some fun photos with me.  Thanks, guys!  I was in my winter coat and had snot pouring out of my nose from the cold wind and some of the bridal party might have gotten a slight case of frostbite but it was worth it.  haha!

I have no doubt in my mind that this couple is going to do incredible things for the Kingdom of God.  Thanks for a fun day, guys!  Special thanks to my second and third shooters – Elizabeth Chapman and Dawn Stout!  You guys are amazing!

Cat, This was such a special day for all of us in the Beck family and you made it even more special by all the unique moments you captured of our son and new daughter-in-law. Jason and Cassie were so blessed to have you and your assistant create this memory for them and for all of us. Thank you so much —YOU are remarkable!!
