Years ago, one of my boys took speech from an amazing First Steps speech therapist named Elizabeth.  My son and I both looked forward to her weekly visits in our home.  She would bring him toys to play with while she taught him to use his words and I would have an adult friend to chat with for an hour.  It was great!!!  Luckily, I still run into Elizabeth at Target and we are able to catch up with one another.  (FYI… if you ever want to find me – go to Target.  I am almost always there.)  I’ll never forget one time at Target when she told me that her son was going to propose to his girlfriend and she hoped that I could photograph his wedding.  And a few months later, I was so excited when her future daughter in law, Jenny, wrote to see if I was available for her wedding date!  It was an amazing (and chilly) fall day in October when Jenny and Evan said their “I do’s” at the beautiful St. Mary’s Catholic Church in downtown Indy.  The bridal party members were troopers as they endured the windy weather outside.  After everyone was officially frozen, we hopped on a party bus for a dance party and drove to the Columns for their reception.  And after dinner, the dancing continued into the night.  A huge thanks to my amazing second shooter, Joy Lane, for all your help and congrats, Evan and Jenny!  Thank you guys so much for letting me be a part of your wedding day!
