How is it possible that Ellen is getting married?!?!? Wasn’t it just last week that she was a little middle school girl working on her overhand serve for volleyball? Wasn’t it just last week that she was 12 years old and showing me a binder all about her dream wedding that she wanted to have when she grew up? Wasn’t it just last week that I sobbed hysterically at her senior night for volleyball because Ellen and the girls from her class were (and still are) some of my favorite humans on this planet? Life continues to speed by and I continue to be amazed and so thankful that God has allowed me to meet and know so many incredible people! Ellen is definitely special and incredible and I’m so honored to be able to photograph her dream wedding this year! Dru is the love of her life and I will never forget the huge smile that was on her face when she was telling me all about him. I’m so thankful Jesus brought these two together. This past fall, we met up for their engagement session. We started at Ellen’s family farm which is a place so special to her and her family and then we finished up the session in downtown Indy! Here are some of my favorites from their session. And, yes, there are a lot. It was so hard for me to narrow them down. Congrats, Ellen and Dru! I’m so excited for this October!
