My precious Izzy girl is getting married next summer and I couldn’t be happier! Izzy and her family are some of our closest friends. And to be honest, they often feel like family because they are always there to help us, pray for us, laugh with us and do life with us! The first time I took Izzy’s photo she was just a little girl. I’ve had the honor of photographing her every year since and this year will bring me one of the biggest honors that I have ever had as a photographer – shooting her wedding. I remember the first time Izzy showed me a picture of Austin. I remember telling her how handsome he was and how much I loved his smile. I could tell he was so kind – just from this photo on her phone! I might cry trying to write out all the amazing qualities of this man who has stolen my Izzy’s heart. He is kind, patient, loves competition in sports (if you know Izzy – this is very important, ha!). He is smart and well thought out. He loves to laugh and talk but is so good at listening. He loves his family. He loves Izzy fiercely. But most importantly, Austin loves the Lord. He is everything that Izzy prayed for as she waited patiently on the Lord to bring her the most wonderful husband. They are an incredible couple! I don’t even know where to start to tell you about Izzy. She is beautiful, encouraging, sweet, considerate, kind, funny, and sooooo incredibly smart. She is driven, athletic, calm, a loyal friend, an incredible big sister, a wonderful daughter and a follower of Jesus. I could go on and on and on… But I need to stop so I can show you some of their engagement photos! It was a great evening as we hit some spots in the city and ended up the shoot around Carmel. They looked perfect and stunning as they endured the heat and humidity with smiles on their faces. Izzy and Austin, I love you both and am so excited for you!
