Summer in Indiana wasted absolutely no time this year. One minute the weather was being fairly reasonable, and the next it felt like Mother Nature cranked the thermostat up to 92 degrees, added a healthy dose of humidity, and said, “Good luck out there!” Of course, this all happened on a weekend when I had multiple engagement sessions scheduled. Lucky me… and lucky my clients! (Please read that with the appropriate amount of sarcasm.)

Thankfully, I seem to attract the absolute best couples, and Isaac and Makaila were no exception. Despite the hot, sticky Indiana afternoon, these two showed up with the biggest smiles, ready to make the most of it. And can we talk about how amazing they looked? They started out looking perfect and somehow managed to stay that way throughout the entire session.

In just a few short months, these two will be saying “I do” at the beautiful The Wilds in Bloomington. I already know it’s going to be filled lots of smiles and a whole lot of love, and I can’t wait to be there to capture it all.
