When Kelsey and Justin asked me if I could come up to Chicago to do their engagement session, of course I said “YES!”  I mean, who wouldn’t want to do a shoot in the Windy City?!?  It was such a fun change of scenery from Indy with the skyline and Lake Michigan.  The weather was a little tricky and I tried not to panic when I saw the raindrops starting to fall from the sky about 30 minutes before I was scheduled to meet them in the city.  But luckily, Kelsey had purchased a cute umbrella that we were able to use at the beginning and then about 20 minutes into the session, the rain stopped and it ended up being a perfect evening!  I loved every minute that I got to spend with these two.  They are both so much fun and so photogenic – they made my job very easy.  I can’t wait to photograph their wedding next March!  Here are a few (ok, actually, a ton) of photos from their wonderful engagement session in Chicago.
